Job title: Shipping Clerk Specialist Shipping Clerk Specialist Pay: $17.00 hourly Shipping Clerk Specialist Schedule: 8am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Shipping Clerk Specialist Start date: ASAP We are seeking a Shipping Clerk Specialist for a fortune 500 company located in the city of Santa Ana! No experience is required, we will give you on the job training and provide you the support you need to be productive and grow in your role. Job Duties DPA/SHIPPER Responsibilities include: •  Reviewing mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy •  Updating loan files •  Data entry support for the loan servicing department •  Responding to requests and inquiry from client companies •  Auditing files for accuracy before shipping out to customers •  Serve as the liaison between the clients and other internal departments •  Responding to client requests   The ideal candidate will have some  experience working with mortgage loans in a document review, file clerk or data entry capacity. Knowledge of Excel and typing skills above 45WPM are also required. You must have experience working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency are of high importance. Shipping Clerk Specialist/Clerical Requirements

• Previous data entry skills
• Live Scan Background Screening required
• Must have a HS/Diploma and or GED                                                 
• Time management to ensure to meet all deadlines
