Job Responsibilities
Process property tax payments by matching checks to the supporting documentation provided by the Outsourcing team
Identify and resolve discrepancies when checks and backup documentation do not match, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist with processing Task/Delinquent payments
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records throughout the payment process
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an office or administrative environment
