Company in the Los Angeles Area is looking to hire a Program Assistant for a Famly Based Services.  Job Title: Program Assistant Short Term Placement:  November 3rd thru Feb. 2026 Pay Rate: $20.00  Hours: 9:00am - 3:30pm - Monday-Thursday - 20 hours weekly    Job Responsbilites: 

• Responsible for reviewing SAFS-DCFS navigation applications and supporting documentation 
• Follow - up with clients on obtaining eligibility verification documents via emai;, phone calls 
• Order and track all supplies that are purchased for the department while ensuring the department stays within budget for the year

Skills: 

• Experience in Microsoft Office, Internet, Excel
• Excellent communications skills
