Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in customer service within a warehouse or logistics environment? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support key operations for a growing logistics company. This is a temp-to-hire position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some overtime required) Length: Temporary with possible hire Pay: $20-22 DOE   Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a warehouse, 3PL, or logistics setting.

  • Coordinate with clients and retail buyers to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

  • Manage documentation, track shipments, and ensure follow-through from order to delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with routing guides and vendor requirements for major retailers such as Kroger, Five Below, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, and others.

  • Resolve issues promptly and maintain clear, professional communication across teams and partners.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, 3PL, or logistics customer service role.

  • Familiarity with retailer routing guides and compliance standards.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in managing order processing systems and related documentation.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
