Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in customer service within a warehouse or logistics environment? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support key operations for a growing logistics company. This is a temp-to-hire position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some overtime required) Length: Temporary with possible hire Pay: $20-22 DOE Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service in a warehouse, 3PL, or logistics setting.
Coordinate with clients and retail buyers to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Manage documentation, track shipments, and ensure follow-through from order to delivery.
Ensure compliance with routing guides and vendor requirements for major retailers such as Kroger, Five Below, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, and others.
Resolve issues promptly and maintain clear, professional communication across teams and partners.
Previous experience in a warehouse, 3PL, or logistics customer service role.
Familiarity with retailer routing guides and compliance standards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in managing order processing systems and related documentation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
