Job Title: Customer Service Inside Sales Representative- Urgently Hiring  Pay: $20.00-$22.00 hourly Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday- Hybrid Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Customer Service Inside Sales Representative for a contract to hire opportunity with our client, a local insurance agency! The Customer Service Inside Sales Representative is responsible to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and retaining customers by providing an exceptional customer service experience! The Customer Service Inside Sales Representative job duties:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

The Customer Service Inside Sales Representative will have:

• Previous customer service and sales experience (Outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Bilingual Spanish & English skills (Read and write)
• Interest in the insurance industry and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License
• Strong desire to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
