Job Title: Inside Sales Representative- Urgently Hiring  Pay: $20.00-$22.00 hourly Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Inside Sales Representative for a contract to hire opportunity with our client, a local insurance agency! The Inside Sales Representative is responsible to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and retaining customers by providing an exceptional customer service experience! The Inside Sales Representative job duties:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

The Inside Sales Representative will have:

• Previous sales experience required (Outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) 
• Previous customer service experience preferred 
• Bilingual Spanish & English skills (Read and write)
• Interest in the insurance industry and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License
• Strong desire to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
