Helpmates Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mailroom Clerk to manage the day-to-day operations in the mailroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using a large post-it machine, tracking FedEx shipments, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a temporary assignment until the end of the year.   

Pay: $18.00/hr.  Scheuled: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Duration: Temp-to-hire Location: Pomona, CA Duties
  • Operate and maintain a large post-it machine for labeling and sorting mail.
  • Track and manage FedEx shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Use Excel to maintain and update shipping and mailing records.
  • Lift and handle packages and mail weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Scan incoming and outgoing mail and packages for tracking and documentation purposes.
  • Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Experience with mailroom operations and FedEx shipment tracking is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a busy mailroom environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and manage a fast-paced work environmen
