Helpmates Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mailroom Clerk to manage the day-to-day operations in the mailroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using a large post-it machine, tracking FedEx shipments, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a temporary assignment until the end of the year.
Pay: $18.00/hr.
Scheuled: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Duties
Operate and maintain a large post-it machine for labeling and sorting mail.
Track and manage FedEx shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Use Excel to maintain and update shipping and mailing records.
Lift and handle packages and mail weighing up to 30 lbs.
Scan incoming and outgoing mail and packages for tracking and documentation purposes.
Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Experience with mailroom operations and FedEx shipment tracking is preferred.
Ability to work in a busy mailroom environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stand for long periods and manage a fast-paced work environmen
