Helpmates is seeking an Experienced Blanchard Grinder Operator (Machining Industry). Job Duties: 

• Operate and monitor a Blanchard (rotary surface) grinder to grind flat surfaces on metal work pieces.
• Load and unload parts onto the machine using basic hand tools and lifting equipment.
• Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, surface finish, and correct dimensions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
• Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and shop orders.
• Communicate with the team and supervisor regarding quality and production issues.

Experience:

• 1–5 years of relevant experience with Grinders and Blanchards
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is highly preferred.
• Double Disc Grinder Experience Highly Preferred 

Education:

• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent, Trade School is a plus.
• Certification in machining,  or a related field is preferred.
