Job Title: Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 based on experience  Direct Hire position  Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately handle the movement of inbound and outbound freight. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, quantity, labeling, and addressing meet customer specifications and company standards. Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, ship, and receive orders accurately and in a timely manner.  
  • Verify order quality and quantity to ensure completeness and correctness.  
  • Complete necessary documentation for inventory movement, training, and compliance.  
  • Safely operate forklifts to assist in loading, unloading, and stocking freight.  
  • Support additional departments as needed.  
  • Follow all safety and compliance guidelines.  
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.  
  • Work collaboratively to ensure teamwork and customer satisfaction.  
  • Perform general business support functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience.  
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related industry.
  • Must be bilingual - English, Cantonese/Mandarin
Work Environment:
  • Frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, and carrying heavy objects.  
  • Warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels.  
  • Regular interaction with drivers and forklift operations.
