Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
Remote Customer Service Representative Pay Rate: $14.00 hourly Remote Customer Service Representative Start date: June 2, 2025 We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a 100% remote opportunity with a leader in electronic medical records retrieval! As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for placing calls to provider offices for audit purposes to obtain any missing medical documentation which will be entered into the company database.Customer Service Representatives Role and Responsibilities
Perform outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact with each facility to complete to retrieve medical records via fax, mail, through remote electronic medical record access or by scheduling a visit at the provider location
Effectively communicate with team members and external providers to ensure adherence with challenging project timelines
Complete additional tasks as required to support division
Customer Service Representatives Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma
1+ years of call center experience within the healthcare/medical field desired
Strong ability to handle fast paced training program
Ability to type 40 WPM
Medical terminology a plus
Must have your own work equipment PC/Laptop, mouse, headset and Ethernet cable to work 100% remotely
Must be computer savvy- familiar with Google Chrome and able to maneuver through multiple tabs
