Job Title: Production Manager- Urgently Hiring  Pay: $101,200 - $139,200 Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Production Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a leader in global life sciences located in Fort Worth, Texas! The Production Manager is responsible to establish clear operational direction and priorities for the operational team while developing and implementing  strategic plans with other manufacturing sites. The Production Manager is responsible to budget and execute cost reduction plans while responding effectively to new demands and challenges from both internal and external customers. This is a full-time Production Manager position located in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Manage a staff of production supervisors leading direct labor personnel including assemblers, technicians, chemical process operators, and/or chemists.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels and functions.
• Work under broad general direction with significant autonomy.
• Independently determine and develop approach to production strategy, problem solving and execution of production plans.
• Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
• 10+ years manufacturing production experience, preferably in a regulated environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8-10 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Familiarity with SAP and other manufacturing materials systems.
• ISO1345 certification desired.
• Solid and effective communication skills.
• Experience with P&L, headcount and budget management
• PC skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, database software, internet software, manufacturing software).
• Knowledge of and experience with chemical, instrument or facility production processes, and process equipment.
