 Inpatient RN Case Manager HealthCare Support is actively seeking a  Inpatient RN Case Manager to fill an opening  in Bangor, Maine.  Daily Responsibilities for  Inpatient RN Case Manager

• Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing case management assessments, including medical necessity, level of care validation, and progression of care.
• Drive lengthofstay optimization and access day performance through proactive discharge planning and daily interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure CMScompliant reviews and form securement, including timely admission reviews, continued stay determinations, IMM and MOON administration.
• Monday – Friday 8am-430pm

Required Qualifications for  Inpatient RN Case Manager

• RN license
• Inpatient case management and discharge experience. If not, Med/Surg background could work 
• Cerner EHR experience
• Acute hospital setting experience
