UM Coordinator / Customer Service HealthCare Support is actively seeking multiple UM Coordinator / Customer Service to fill a large start class October 12th with our prestigious healthcare client in Indiana. Daily Responsibilities for UM Coordinator / Customer Service

• Manage prior authorization inquiries and requests from healthcare providers.
• Handle approximately 30 to 50 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• Research and review information to determine whether requested services meet medical necessity guidelines.
• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM/Remote

Required Qualifications for UM Coordinator / Customer Service

• Must have lockable office and separate workspace (follow up will be done to confirm the separate, private workspace). Candidate will be working with private information for Humana.
• Must be able to type 30 WPM (typing and talking on the phone at the same time is essential) 
• Less than 5 years of Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications for UM Coordinator / Customer Service

• High School Diploma/GED, or something equivalent
