Dental Assistant HealthCare Support is actively seeking a  Dental Assistant to fill an opening  in Clearwater, Florida.  Daily Responsibilities for  Dental Assistant

• Provides chairside assistance for students, residents, and faculty
• Prepares patients for dental treatments
• Plans the set-up of the operatories, instruments, and materials according to scheduled procedures
• Takes and processes digital x-rays and dental impressions
• M-F 8:30-5pm

Required Qualifications for Dental Assistant

• Prefer at least 1+ years of experience
• AA Dental Assisting Diploma - Associate's degree is NOT required if the candidate has over 1 year of DA experience!
• General knowledge and understanding of infection control and OSHA protocols.

Preferred Qualifications for Dental Assistant

• Axium EMR experience
• Expanded Duties Certificate from Academy for Dental Assistants which will be on their license 
• Radiology Certificate
