HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Consultant Pharmacist to fill an opening in
Rogers, Arkansas.
Daily Responsibilities for Consultant Pharmacist
- These buildings need to be consulted QUARTERLY for chart reviews [Medication Regimen Reviews] and site visits. They were completed this month, so next visit would be for December.
- Commitment will be quarterly beginning in December - should take about 10-12 hours per facility so about 3-5 days of work per quarter.
- It will involve consultant activities including chart reviews and site visit with med storage audits/random narcotic audits with reports prepared for the facility.

Required Qualifications for Consultant Pharmacist
- 2+ years of experience with Medication Regimen Reviews
- Clear and active AR Pharmacist License
