RN Manager of Emergency Services - $10,000 Sign on Bonus!
HealthCare Support is seeking a Manager of Emergency Services join a high-performing team in Gainesville, FL. This facility offers comprehensive cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, minimally-invasive lapraroscopic and robotic surgery, weight loss surgery and treatment, women's health and wound therapy, among other services.
Shift Options:
- Days (but in a manager role so weekends and nights if needed)
Compensation Notes:
- 100-120K based on years of experience
- $10,000 Sign on bonus!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a high-volume Emergency Department, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and throughput
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 55 FTEs, including Charge Nurses/CNCs, while managing staffing and performance
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to maintain quality standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor department metrics, resolve operational challenges, and drive improvements in patient outcomes and staff engagement

Required Qualifications:
- RN license
- MUST have strong emergency services experience (3-5+ years of experience)
- Leadership experience
