Licensing Coordinator  HealthCare Support is actively seeking a  to  fill Licensing Coordinator an opening in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Daily Responsibilities for Licensing Coordinator:
  • Support the review and processing of applications for licenses
  • Provide process and operational support to the pharmacy licensing team
  • Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet objectives and deadlines
  •  Assist with tracking projects
  • Assist in responding to problems and issues presented to the team from within and outside of the Optum/UHG community
  • Monday to Friday 800am - 430pm central 
Required Qualifications for Licensing Coordinator:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role: Credentialing, Regulatory Adherence, Quality Control, Compliance, HR) 
  • Experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), intermediate level or higher
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or similar software
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with internal and external business partners
