HealthCare Support is actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to support patients across the Naples, FL region. This non-profit, community based organization is one of the nation’s largest hospice and homecare health systems. In this role, the PT will provide in home therapy, support recovery after illness or surgery, and help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence—making a direct and meaningful impact on daily quality of life.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work-life balance: No weekends, no holidays, no nights

Average $50–$55 per hour Estimated $105,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience Pay-per-visit (point system) Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate

• Conduct 4–5 in home patient visits per day (average visit ~90 minutes).

• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations following illness, injury, or surgery.

• Deliver hands on therapy and adjust treatment plans as patients progress.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, high?quality care.

• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and recovery expectations.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE?accredited program

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida

• 1+ years of home health experience

• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
