Infusion Pharmacist  HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Infusion Pharmacist  to fill an opening in Columbia, South Carolina.  Daily Responsibilities for Infusion Pharmacist :
  • Delivers drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers while advising the patient's medical team on drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to ensure proper and accurate drug therapy.
  • Forecasts critical business opportunities in order to contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
  • Implements processes for monitoring storage and inventory of medications and supplies to contribute to the company's overall revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM
Required Qualifications for Infusion Pharmacist :
  • Appropriate state license required (SC Pharmacist)
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D
  • Less than 5 years work experience
  • 1 year of home infusion or hospital setting is PREFERRED
