HealthCare Support is seeking a strategic, client-focused
Pharmacy Member Services Specialist – CPhT to join a growing PBM organization. In this role, you’ll provide administrative oversight and case management support. You will ensure timely resolution of member inquiries, escalations, and coordination between members, pharmacies, and prescribers.

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation

$50,890 - $63,612 | $24.50–$30.60/hour

Daily Responsibilities :

Manage assigned member cases using the population health management system, ensuring timely completion and accuracy

Serve as a liaison between members, pharmacies, and prescribers to coordinate care and resolve issues

Provide high-quality, consistent, and empathetic support to members

Support concierge-level services and assist with member-focused projects under pharmacist supervision
Required Qualifications:

Active state Pharmacy Technician license is required

Active Pharmacy Technician Certification CPhT
-
2+ years of experience in PBM, MTM call center environment OR 4+ years of hospital/retail pharmacy
