Pre-Op / PACU RN HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pre-Op / PACU RN to fill an opening in Seattle, Washington. Daily Responsibilities for Pre-Op / PACU RN:
  • Executes nursing activities to provide life support in an emergency situation by taking appropriate action and/or providing direction/assistance to health care team members
  • Provides nursing care in the peroperative setting including pre-op and PACU.
  • Performs ECG's, urine pregnancy and glucometer testing. Assess patient status in pre-op, ensure accurate identification and verifies all consent forms.
  • Monday to Friday 645am- 5:15pm 
Required Qualifications for Pre-Op / PACU RN:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
  • 1+ years as an RN; perioperative, PACU, ER or ICU nursing experience
  • Demonstrated achievement of performance standards for perioperative nursing according to AORN (Association of perioperative Registered Nurses) standards of practice
