Nurse Practitioner HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Galaxy City, Virginia.   Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• Active and unrestricted license in the state which you reside, or ability to obtain by start date Education:
• NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
• PA: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant degree program Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification through a national board:

Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• 1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred)
• Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs
• Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness
