Seattle,
Washington.
Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative - Remote Washington State
- A 4-week intensive training program covering Medicare, Medicaid, and claims. Training will be virtual with camera on.
- Inbound call center, some outbound: Verifying eligibility, finding PCP, sending out ID cards
- Monday to Friday 8:45AM - 5:15PM
Required Qualifications for Customer Service Representative - Remote Washington State
- Provides 3 years of healthcare experience in a call center setting, managing an average of 40-60 inbound calls and 10 outbound calls per day
- 1+ years of healthcare call center experience required
- Ability to demonstrate empathy
