PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid
Healthcare Support is actively seeking a
PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid to support a nationally recognized leader in healthcare. This company is a leader in providing benefit administration solutions to employers, unions, health plans, and government entities. We are looking for candidates in
New York, NY, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC
Daily Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of account executives to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance.
- Support clients in a leadership capacity, focusing on escalation management and relationship development.
- Manage high profile but limited client book.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in PBM services, including but not limited to overall pharmacy strategy, financial performance, contract management
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations
- Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers
- Ability to analyze complex business problems to discover and resolve root causes
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a team
- Must Have:
- PBM experience
- Accumulations experience
- They need to be able to speak with vendors.

Pay Details:
- New York, NY Salary Range - $96,800 - $121,000
- Denver, CO Salary Range - $88,800 - $111,000
- Charlotte, NC Salary Range - $80,800 - $101,000
