Customer Service Advocate - Member Services - Bilingual Spanish HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Customer Service Advocate - Member Services - Bilingual Spanishto fill an opening. Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Advocate - Member Services - Bilingual Spanish:
  • Leverages a variety of communication channels to provide members and/or providers with timely, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints.
  • Resolves basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for further resolution
  • Maintains performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
  • Monday to Friday 8AM - 4:30PM/ REMOTE
Required Qualifications for Customer Service Advocate - Member Services - Bilingual Spanish:
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish 
  • 2+ years recent Healthcare exp - does not have to be a call center environment
  • Experience engaging with members (high volume calls - 50+)
  • Strong communication and computer skills (must multitask in 3+ systems -Access data base, Webex to dial out, Omni – member services systems to see alt phone numbers/who PCP is/gather info about member/address, teams, Outlook, Word (where the scripts will be))
Preferred Qualifications for Customer Service Advocate - Member Services - Bilingual Spanish:
  • Experience interacting with members and/or providers in a contact center environment
  • MCO experience
