HealthCare Support is actively seeking an LPN Memory Care to fill an opening in Buffalo, New York.
Daily Responsibilities for LPN Memory Care:
Working in a long term care facility
Tuesday-Saturday 10pm-6am
Required Qualifications for LPN Memory Care:
LPN license
Require 1+ year experience in any of the following: Memory Care unit, ALF, SNF.
Physical, must be within last 45 days
TB test; can accept 2-step PPD or blood test or chest -ray. Chest x-ray must be from last 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications for LPN Memory Care:
Managed Care experience strongly preferred
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator (AHFI)
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) designation by the American Academy of Professional Coders
