We’re seeking a
RN Facility Coding Auditor

:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation for RN Facility Coding Auditor:
- $90,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE)

Daily Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Certified Coder to evaluate and reverse-code previously processed medical bills, ensuring coding accuracy and regulatory compliance. This role plays a critical part in claim integrity by reviewing medical documentation, validating billing practices, and providing expert recommendations to support claim resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- CPC, COC, COSC (AAPC) or CCS (AHIMA) required
- Recent experience in hospital outpatient facility coding (not physician/profee)
- Strong CPT/HCPCS coding and modifier experience, especially with surgical or orthopedic cases
- Experience with claims review, denials, or payer guidelines in a hospital or ASC setting
