Physical Therapist
HealthCare Support is seeking a highly motivated PT Physical Therapist to support a fulltime opening in Springfield, OR. This primarily outpatient opportunity is with a company that puts an emphasis on human service. Because of that, we’ve earned a reputation for taking exceptional care of people and the communities in which they live, work, and play.
Job Requirments:
- The Physical Therapist (PT)position is a progressive, mission-driven role focused on improving the health and quality of life for older adults
- Provide Physical Therapy treatment and interventions to participants across the continuum, including in the home and/or community setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants to determine their functional abilities and needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans aimed at improving or maintaining participants’ independence and quality of life

Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting is required
- 1 year of experience working with frail, older adults.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program and Oregon PT licensure.
- CPR certification (BLS or ACLS).
- A valid driver's license.
