Physical Therapist 

HealthCare Support is seeking a highly motivated PT Physical Therapist to support a fulltime opening in Springfield, OR. This primarily outpatient opportunity is with a company that puts an emphasis on human service. Because of that, we’ve earned a reputation for taking exceptional care of people and the communities in which they live, work, and play.

Job Requirments:
  • The Physical Therapist (PT)position is a progressive, mission-driven role focused on improving the health and quality of life for older adults
  • Provide Physical Therapy treatment and interventions to participants across the continuum, including in the home and/or community setting
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants to determine their functional abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans aimed at improving or maintaining participants’ independence and quality of life

Compensation: 
  • $50 - $56 per hour

Shift: 
  • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting is required
  • 1 year of experience working with frail, older adults.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program and Oregon PT licensure.
  • CPR certification (BLS or ACLS).
  • A valid driver's license.
