Respiratory Therapist
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Respiratory Therapist to fill an opening with a first class healthcare company delivering exceptional respiratory care in
North Chesterfield, VA. In this role, you will manage a caseload of pediatric and ALS ventilation patients, serving as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and clinical partners within the Richmond, VA area and surrounding regions. This is a field-based position requiring travel.
Pay Details:
Area of coverage:
- Richmond, VA and surrounding areas
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- On call
- No weekends
- No Holidays (unless on call that week)

Daily Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist:
- Patient Care & Support: Set up, monitor, and provide ongoing support for pediatric/ALS ventilator patients, including assessments and education for patients and caregivers.
- Clinical & Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with licensure/continuing education, and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for patients in your territory and assist with training and orientation of new team members.
Required Qualifications for the Respiratory Therapist:
- Must be a Respiratory Therapist in the state of VA
- Pediatric and/or ALS Ventilation experience is required
