Hi There! My name is Sara and I am a Senior Recruiter/Account Manager at Healthcare Staffing Professionals. As a recruiter, I pride myself in being candidate centric and taking care of each of my candidates every step of the way during the hiring process. Finding the perfect position is difficult and can be stressful for Nurses, and that is where I come in! I like to take the time to listen to the needs and wants of every candidate, to ensure that I am placing them in a location that is beneficial for them as well as the facility.

The opportunity to place the right candidate at their dream facility is why I recruit! When I tell a candidate that they have been accepted to a facility that they are interested in, the excitement I receive is worth every contract I sign, negotiation I make, and late night in the office!

During the rare moments when I am not working/recruiting, I enjoy wine tasting, road trips, watching my Patriots win football games, reading, and visiting with friends and family!
