Trishia has excellent recruitment and management skills. She has great listening skills with an ability to quickly comprehend and reason through situations to come up with logical solutions and excellent feedback. I actually had my pay rate increased in the middle of a contract to match the $5.00 per hour more that a co-worker from another agency received.
