About Robert Carcamo:

Robert has been outstanding to work with. He reached out to me directly about a Junior Program Analyst role with LA County, and from that first contact the process was fast, clear, and genuinely collaborative. What stood out most was how specific and useful his guidance was. Rather than just forwarding a job description, he told me exactly which three areas the client wanted emphasized in my cover letter and how long it should be. That kind of direction is rare and it made an enormous difference; I knew precisely what to write and why, instead of guessing at what the hiring manager cared about. His communication has been excellent throughout. Every email I sent got a same-day response. When I flagged a small discrepancy about which supervisor to list as a reference, he answered immediately and clearly, and confirmed receipt at each step so I was never left wondering where things stood. He also confirmed my profile submission and set clear expectations about the timeline for hearing back, which takes a lot of the anxiety out of a job search. I previously worked through HSP on an assignment with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, so I know what a well-run placement looks like. Robert has been responsive, organized, and straightforward, and he clearly takes the time to prepare candidates properly rather than just pushing resumes through.
