My passion is helping healthcare professions achieve their short term and long-term professional goals. I provide all healthcare professionals I engage with as many industry resources as possible; I believe that relationships built through transparency and honest communication are lasting. I assert that candidates with knowledge, direction, and trust in their recruiter make the best career decisions for themselves and their families. I understand that professionals who feel supported in their role are more fulfilled and provide the best patient care. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and have been in the customer service industry for over 11 years. I grew up in Metro Detroit and lived in Tennessee for years before recently moving back to Michigan.

So I get contacted every once in a while by agency personnel. Mary is the best at follow up communication! A few months ago I started exploring the process of getting a contract job. After a couple messages back and forth I decided I definitely wanted to wait before starting any new contracts. I was having some pain in my shoulder and started PT, Mary checked back a few different times to see how things were going for me. It wasn’t the typical messages you get from recruiters, she didn’t just say hey I have this opportunity, it was about me first and then about the contracts. She seems like a very attentive recruiter!
