During hurricanes Ida, Georgette has to relocate from New Orleans. Although she was stressed, having to move she found time to communicate with me, making sure I was safe.
I am a travel CNA and have done it for about a year now. I was specific with communicating exactly what type of contract i was looking for and was willing to wait for things to open in that area. The contract that was offered to me was extremely low considering we are in a active pandemic. I was not offered a crisis contract, once i started the contract i was placed on a COVID unit. Jessica cancelled my contract twice. Once before the contract started because i wasnt able to speak with her every time she called. In the beginning of my contract i had a issue with family. Jessica in return cancelled my contract again and the facility had no knowledge of it. Jessica tone when communicating is more of agitation and harsh. The facility reached out to me and stated my contracted was not cancelled so it made it look like i was No call no showing for shifts. Also i am unsure what the facility and the recruiter discuss, but Jessica was very bias about what was reported. If the facility census was low and they needed to cancel my contract that was fine with me. However you do not lie on someone as a reason to cancel the contract. My experience with Therapia has been horrible.
