Morgan Karwoski-Flaherty

Hello ! My name is Morgan Karwoski-Flaherty, and I am a Nurse Recruiter with Gifted Healthcare. Here at Gifted, we place nurses in local, travel, per diem, and government assignments.

A little about myself : I grew up in New Lenox, IL, a southwest suburb of Chicago, IL! I attended University of St. Francis, in Joliet, IL. While there, I majored in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. In addition, I was a collegiate bowler and was on the first women's team that started the bowling program for the University.

Fun Facts: I have three dogs who are my everything! A Beagle Mix (Myah), a Husky (Grace), and another Husky (Titus). They are spoiled beyond belief, but I wouldn't change it for anything!

As I mentioned above, I am a bowler. I have been bowling since I was in the 4th grade. Bowling runs in my family. Throughout my bowling career, I have bowled 4 perfect games (300), and I won state individually for Illinois at the Girl's state bowling finals in 2012.

For the past 8 years, I have been a High School bowling coach, and love to share my passion and knowledge for the game.

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because I have always had a passion for helping others. When it comes to recruiting, the most important is listening to what my nurses need/want, and doing my best to find their "perfect" match. It is a rewarding feeling for me knowing that I am able to build these professional relationships with my nurses, and they trust me to find their next journey in their healthcare career. It amazes me to see how resilient and dedicated nurses are.
