Mary is very responsive and present during the hiring process and continues that during the contract. When I call or send an email she responds quickly and keeps me updated on new jobs coming open for my next contract. She listens to my needs for each contract and searches to find a good fit for me. I plan to continue contracting with Gifted because of Mary’s professionalism and knowledge of the job market. Her willingness to take the time to listen to my needs is rare and extremely appreciated! I have worked with various recruiters with other companies and not one of them ever offered to help me find my next contract. What a GEM Mary is!! There is not enough space to describe how hard Mary works for her nurses. She is always available, including those times that may be after hours. No crisis is too big for her to manage.
