Logann is personal firstly, she builds a relationship to better understand my needs. She reaches out regularly even when I have been on assignment with other agencies. She presents positions she thinks I might be interested. She doesn’t exclude opportunities so I don’t miss out. She helps me stay focused and at times reminds me of my goals when we collaborate on opportunities. When I open my business I will hire her to run it.
