Funny story- my mom said when I was younger, that I would go about spreading joy to others by striking up conversations with random people, especially if I knew they were having a bad day.; she said that I would not stop chatting until I was able to make them smile.

Why I love to recruit
My family tells me that I have the trait of an empath because I am drawn to helping people. I will have to say that trait has helped me to become a successful healthcare recruiter. It is a joy to take a complex situation in the field of job searching by taking the basic criteria of the clinician and the job orders of the specific clients and making ideal matches for both client and clinician. It's the helper in me. I will work from various angles until the right opportunity is secured.
