It was truly a pleasure speaking with Patrick. I would have a very hard time imagining a better cannabis cultivation HR recruiting manager, based on my first impression. Patrick was outstanding, and I'm not one to blow smoke, metaphorically speaking ;)

Patrick reached out via text and set up an appointment for us to speak the following day. He was extremely prompt and was friendly from the outset. He took the time to tell me about his background and all about Flower Hire and the success that they have had in the cannabis market. He then went on to explain his role and how he would be working to help me. While I was talking to him about my professional past, he took the time to zero in on key areas he felt would be of help. In addition, he offered his help going forward, should I need advice or background information on a potential position or company. All in all, he is very professional and easy to talk to. I am looking forward to working with him.
