As I have continued my journey from retail in the branded apparel space to the cannabis industry, I have come across many great people. Many are very welcoming and eager to hear about a persons story and why they are interested in transitioning to the cannabis industry. Julia is definitely one of those people. She took the time to understand my experience and my reasons for wanting to transition in to cannabis. While the industry is still very young and it appears to be very tactical in its hiring to date (More operational than strategic), Julia offered her advice and her insight to me at any time it is needed.
