We just started working together. Sharp, easy conversationalist who knows her stuff. I've been working with recruiters on both sides of the table for over 30 years. Many will give you 5 or 10 minutes and move on in that first conversation. Not Julia. You cannot get to know and fairly represent a candidate in 10 minutes, so I will just say "no thanks". (btw - I gave Julia a 9 instead of a 10 only because we're just beginning. Room to grow. :)
