About Christen Moore:

Christen is the only recruiter that I have worked with that has been transparent every step of the way. She was a cheerleader for me and let me know what was happening every step of the way, and even let me know when she made a salary error. Even though I just found out I didn't get the job, Christen was the one I wanted to hear it from, and actually, not a lot of the jobs even let me know the end result, they just leave you hanging. This job was obviously not meant for me and Christen was an absolute joy to work with. Good luck to Christen in the future. She is meant for bigger things and is so deserving of them. Thank you!! I would give a referral in a heartbeat, but I am new to Georgia and I don't really know anyone yet.

Moving out of state from Virginia to Georgia has been a stressful adventure, a lot of changes and adjustments but with BayLeah once she got in contact with me she helped me realize there was hope and I didn’t have to settle that I could still find a job that fits my needs like I had back home, she was so sweet very informative & understanding, I didn’t know anything about their company or that they even existed she contacted me!! She scheduled a phone call with me asked me what are my needs & wants and let me know she thought she had exactly what I needed to not only help me feel comfortable but to fit my pay needs and family needs for my kids! She Followed up with me every step of the way! Very understandable about my needs in a job and that my family was my number one priority along with finding a family oriented job that works around and understands that. I’m so excited to see what the next steps bring & it’s because of her that’s possible. If your looking for a job don’t give up there is one out there just ask for BayLeah or the companies help!
