I would not have my current assignment if I hadn't picked up a call from Marycruz. She explained the job right away and expectations in a comprehensive way. Her tone was reassuring which was/is important at a time when I was getting a lot of calls that seemed to be disingenuine or trying to sell me products. She followed up at all the key moments over the next days with helpful guidance. She made it happen. It wouldn't have otherwise. Even after I accepted the assignment, she checked in to see how things were going. 10/10.
