Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because it allows me to match candidates with the best possible job and company for them. I love knowing I was able to help candidates in finding the next best thing for them-- whether that be more money, remote work, better benefits, more flexibility, I want to help candidates reach their full potential and be excited about their next role. It matters to me to make a difference in people's lives and a lot of times, that starts with their job.

Working with Ann Elizabeth has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning of the process, she has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that I felt supported and informed every step of the way. Even while she was out of the office for a week during the process of getting the project started, she made sure I had the support I needed by coordinating with her colleague, Richard, who was also wonderful to work with. At no point did I feel alone or uncertain about the process. Ann has been an incredible advocate for me and has made every effort to ensure that the entire experience has been as smooth and stress-free as possible. Although my project has encountered a few challenges unrelated to her, she has remained proactive, communicative, and committed to keeping me updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Ann highly enough. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service she has provided, and I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to work with her again in the future.
