Shelby was amazing! She is very calming to the already anxious candidate. Her personality and demeanor put me at ease and made the hiring process a smooth transition. In addition, her organizational skills and time line of events, should be what is emulated by everyone on a daily basis. She called the morning of the interview to wish my luck and to give me encouragement, then called ecstatic on the day she delivered the good news I had been hired. The icing on the cake was when they had breakfast catered in to not just me, but to the entire new office staff! It made the first day jitters disappear and helped to meet all of my new colleagues. Shelby and the staff at Find Great People were in one word....PERFECT!
