Shelby listened to what I wanted and executed my requests accordingly. She provided guidance prior to both interviews. Due to the interview guide and Shelby's assistance I ended up being overly prepared for my interviews--which is certainly better than being under prepared. : ) From the bottom of my heart it has been a pleasure to work with Find Great People for a second time.
