Megan took the time to get to know my skills and my diverse work experience along with my salary requirements. Based on our conversation she was able to recommend more than one position. After each interview Megan followed up with me to inquire how I felt about the potential company and position and to see if I had any follow up questions. Megan also followed up a few weeks after my new hire date to see how well things were going. I have already referred two former colleagues to Megan. Megan is a true asset to her profession.
