Hello! I’m a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being, originally from Florida but proud to call Nashville, TN home since 2006. My journey began here when I moved for college, and I’ve grown to love this community.

As a parent to two energetic boys, ages 12 and 14, I understand the importance of balancing family life with professional aspirations. I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which fuels my desire to support others in their mental health journeys. My commitment extends beyond therapy; I’m dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with opportunities that resonate with their passions and skills.
