I have worked with quite a few recruiters over the course of my career and have a feel for how this process works and what to expect from a recruiter. James has been one of the best recruiters I have worked with in that he follows up quickly, is easy to talk with. Some recruiters will make promises about positions they cannot keep, but this hasn't been the case with James.

James was very good at exposing me the overall position from its core values to location , from my duties to work culture ans duration. He also talked about the positive atmosphere in the company. He also heard me very patiently even tho my work ek were quite lengthy he took time to understand me and I really appreciate that because I’ve seen most of the people listen half of it but James took efforts and was all ears to me which made me feel that he understood me quite well as a person and my personality.
