Shannon Malcom Peters

Hands down, Shannon is the best recruiter I have worked with. I've worked with Shannon over the course of my last two jobs, both to find the jobs and to get input on general, and now that I'm looking for a new employer again, went to her immediately. Either her case management is impeccable or her memory is (or both?) because she remembers a lot about me and my life -- things that matter to me personally, as well as things that matter for the job hunt -- and is very personable about catching up. I feel like I'm talking to a friend every time we communicate. And despite feeling that level of trust, she also stays professional and gives great advice for job hunters. She's coached me on resume writing, and helped set me up for success during interviews. And she also helped me to navigate a difficult professional situation that came up once (not related to job hunt), in a way that would maintain a good relationship with everyone involved. She also clearly knows her clients well, because of how in-tune she is with their needs. Shannon came recommended to me by a senior mentor, and after I worked with her I've recommend working with her to anybody who will listen. I can't even fill out the "recommend Shannon to someone" part of the survey because I already have. Seriously -- she's next-level.

Shannon was incredible to work with. She was friendly, understanding, and very willing to work with my needs and concerns. She was thoughtful in contacting me with a position that was an excellent fit for me given my background and objectives. She was sensitive to my feelings as a person, and not just as a candidate or a resume. I've worked with several recruiters over the course of my job search, and Shannon was the only one that I actively enjoyed interacting with, instead of merely tolerating as a business contact.
