About Aaron Mills:

What differentiates Aaron from other recruiters I've worked with is he is a really patient good listener. He took a lot of time to figure out what I'm good at, what I want to do and where I would be a good fit. I never took time off before and just let myself be really picky about a job before so I'm glad he could understand my economic need isn't forcing me to take anything on the market. He also offered good specific feedback on my resume. I really appreciate him giving me information on how the companies I'm applying to are going to be seeing my resume from his experience. I feel like he is a trustworthy recruiter that is going to do his best to have integrity in terms of doing what's right for me and what's right for his company he is representing.
